Anchored by Dr. Harry 'Mac' Barnes — a practicing oncologist who built the family's foundational portfolio over four decades — and operated day-to-day by his son Harry 'Buddy' Barnes, BarnesCo combines patient capital with hands-on operating discipline.

BarnesCo holds the family's operating companies, industrial real estate, and legacy assets, and runs the sourcing, underwriting, and integration of new acquisitions. Conservative governance, family-aligned incentives, and a strict preference for durable, cash-flowing businesses.
